Numbers Chapter 32

33Moses gave to them, even to the children of Gad, and to the children of Reuben, and to the half-tribe of Manasseh the son of Joseph, the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, and the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, the land, according to the cities of it with [their] borders, even the cities of the surrounding land.

34The children of Gad built Dibon, and Ataroth, and Aroer, 35and Atrothshophan, and Jazer, and Jogbehah, 36and Beth Nimrah, and Beth Haran: fortified cities, and folds for sheep.

37The children of Reuben built Heshbon, and Elealeh, and Kiriathaim, 38and Nebo, and Baal Meon, (their names being changed), and Sibmah: and they gave other names to the cities which they built.

39The children of Machir the son of Manasseh went to Gilead, and took it, and dispossessed the Amorites who were therein.

40Moses gave Gilead to Machir the son of Manasseh; and he lived therein.

41Jair the son of Manasseh went and took its towns, and called them Havvoth Jair.

42Nobah went and took Kenath, and its villages, and called it Nobah, after his own name.

Numbers Chapter 33

1These are the journeys of the children of Israel, when they went forth out of the land of Egypt by their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.

2Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of ForeverOne: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.

3They traveled from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the next day after the Passover the children of Israel went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians, 4while the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn, whom ForeverOne had struck among them: on their gods also ForeverOne executed judgments.

5The children of Israel traveled from Rameses, and encamped in Succoth.

Ezekiel 21:8-32

Ezekiel Chapter 21

8The word of ForeverOne came to me, saying, 9Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus says the Lord: Say, A sword, a sword, it is sharpened, and also furbished; 10it is sharpened that it may make a slaughter; it is furbished that it may be as lightning: shall we then make mirth? the rod of my son, it condemns every tree.

11It is given to be furbished, that it may be handled: the sword, it is sharpened, yes, it is furbished, to give it into the hand of the killer.

12Cry and wail, son of man; for it is on my people, it is on all the princes of Israel: they are delivered over to the sword with my people; strike therefore on your thigh.

13For there is a trial; and what if even the rod that condemns shall be no more? says the Lord ForeverOne.

14You therefore, son of man, prophesy, and strike your hands together; and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the deadly wounded: it is the sword of the great one who is deadly wounded, which enters into their rooms.

15I have set the threatening sword against all their gates, that their heart may melt, and their stumblings be multiplied: ah! it is made as lightning, it is pointed for slaughter.

16Gather yourselves together, go to the right, set yourselves in array, go to the left, wherever your face is set.

17I will also strike my hands together, and I will cause my wrath to rest: I, ForeverOne, have spoken it.

18The word of ForeverOne came to me again, saying, 19Also, you son of man, appoint two ways, that the sword of the king of Babylon may come; they both shall come forth out of one land: and mark out a place, mark it out at the head of the way to the city.

20You shall appoint a way for the sword to come to Rabbah of the children of Ammon, and to Judah in Jerusalem the fortified.

21For the king of Babylon stood at the parting of the way, at the head of the two ways, to use divination: he shook the arrows back and forth, he consulted the teraphim, he looked in the liver.

22In his right hand was the divination [for] Jerusalem, to set battering rams, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to set battering rams against the gates, to cast up mounds, to build forts.

23It shall be to them as a false divination in their sight, who have sworn oaths to them; but he brings iniquity to memory, that they may be taken.

24Therefore thus says the Lord ForeverOne: Because you have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are uncovered, so that in all your doings your sins appear; because you have come to memory, you shall be taken with the hand.

25You, deadly wounded wicked one, the prince of Israel, whose day is come, in the time of the iniquity of the end, 26thus says the Lord ForeverOne: Remove the turban, and take off the crown; this [shall be] no more the same; exalt that which is low, and abase that which is high.

27I will overturn, overturn, overturn it: this also shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it [him].

28You, son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus says the Lord ForeverOne concerning the children of Ammon, and concerning their reproach; and say, A sword, a sword is drawn, for the slaughter it is furbished, to cause it to devour, that it may be as lightning; 29while they see for you false visions, while they divine lies to you, to lay you on the necks of the wicked who are deadly wounded, whose day is come in the time of the iniquity of the end.

30Cause it to return into its sheath. In the place where you were created, in the land of your birth, will I judge you.

31I will pour out my indignation on you; I will blow on you with the fire of my wrath; and I will deliver you into the hand of brutish men, skillful to destroy.

32You shall be for fuel to the fire; your blood shall be in the midst of the land; you shall be remembered no more: for I, ForeverOne, have spoken it.

Proverbs 8

Proverbs Chapter 8

1Doesn't wisdom cry out? Doesn't understanding raise her voice?

2On the top of high places by the way, where the paths meet, she stands.

3Beside the gates, at the entry of the city, at the entry doors, she cries aloud: 4"To you men, I call! I send my voice to the sons of mankind.

5You simple, understand prudence. You fools, be of an understanding heart.

6Hear, for I will speak excellent things. The opening of my lips is for right things.

7For my mouth speaks truth. Wickedness is an abomination to my lips.

8All the words of my mouth are in righteousness. There is nothing crooked or perverse in them.

9They are all plain to him who understands, right to those who find knowledge.

10Receive my instruction rather than silver; knowledge rather than choice gold.

11For wisdom is better than rubies. All the things that may be desired can't be compared to it.

12"I, wisdom, have made prudence my dwelling. Find out knowledge and discretion.

13The fear of ForeverOne is to hate evil. I hate pride, arrogance, the evil way, and the perverse mouth.

14Counsel and sound knowledge are mine. I have understanding and power.

15By me kings reign, and princes decree justice.

16By me princes rule; nobles, and all the righteous rulers of the earth.

17I love those who love me. Those who seek me diligently will find me.

18With me are riches, honor, enduring wealth, and prosperity.

19My fruit is better than gold, yes, than fine gold; my yield than choice silver.

20I walk in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of justice; 21That I may give wealth to those who love me. I fill their treasuries.

22"ForeverOne possessed me in the beginning of his work, before his deeds of old.

23I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, before the earth existed.

24When there were no depths, I was brought forth, when there were no springs abounding with water.

25Before the mountains were settled in place, before the hills, I was brought forth; 26while as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the beginning of the dust of the world.

27When he established the heavens, I was there; when he set a circle on the surface of the deep, 28when he established the clouds above, when the springs of the deep became strong, 29when he gave to the sea its boundary, that the waters should not violate his commandment, when he marked out the foundations of the earth; 30then I was the craftsman by his side. I was a delight day by day, always rejoicing before him, 31Rejoicing in his whole world. My delight was with the sons of men.

32"Now therefore, my sons, listen to me, for blessed are those who keep my ways.

33Hear instruction, and be wise. Don't refuse it.

34Blessed is the man who hears me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at my door posts.

35For whoever finds me, finds life, and will obtain favor from ForeverOne.

36But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul. All those who hate me love death."

2 Thessalonians 1:1-2:12

24 verses

2 Thessalonians Chapter 1

1Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy, to the assembly of the Thessalonians in God our Father, and the Lord Jesus AnointedOne: 2Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus AnointedOne.

3We are bound to always give thanks to God for you, brothers, even as it is appropriate, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of each and every one of you towards one another abounds, 4so that we ourselves boast about you in the assemblies of God for your perseverance and faith in all your persecutions and in the afflictions which you endure.

5This is an obvious sign of the righteous judgment of God, to the end that you may be counted worthy of God's Kingdom, for which you also suffer.

6Since it is a righteous thing with God to repay affliction to those who afflict you, 7and to give relief to you who are afflicted with us, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire, 8punishing those who don't know God, and to those who don't obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus, 9who will pay the penalty: eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might, 10when he comes in that day to be glorified in his saints and to be admired among all those who have believed, because our testimony to you was believed.

11To this end we also pray always for you, that our God may count you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire of goodness and work of faith with power, 12that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus AnointedOne.

2 Thessalonians Chapter 2

1Now, brothers, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus AnointedOne and our gathering together to him, we ask you 2not to be quickly shaken in your mind, nor be troubled, either by spirit, or by word, or by letter as if from us, saying that the day of the AnointedOne had come.

3Let no one deceive you in any way. For it will not be, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of destruction, 4he who opposes and exalts himself against all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, setting himself up as God.

5Don't you remember that, when I was still with you, I told you these things?

6Now you know what is restraining him, to the end that he may be revealed in his own season.

7For the mystery of lawlessness already works. Only there is one who restrains now, until he is taken out of the way.

8Then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will kill with the breath of his mouth, and destroy by the manifestation of his coming; 9even he whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10and with all deception of wickedness for those who are being lost, because they didn't receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11Because of this, God sends them a working of error, that they should believe a lie; 12that they all might be judged who didn't believe the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
